St. Mary Mercy has an extensive donor recognition program including: a large accumulative hospital donor wall, two permeant campaign donor walls, and two employee recognition walls.
The accumulative donor wall includes seven giving levels, an annual donor wall and an endowed giving section. Donors can move from one level to the next as they continue to give money year after year. The lower three levels have donor names silk screened on aluminum inserts that are held together on a common backplate. We made them the same size so they can move up to the next giving level without having to be remade. The higher levels are on individual metal or glass plaques.
The capital campaign donor walls are high level, for a community hospital’s cancer center. Names are placed randomly with size being the only giving level differentiation. The largest donors are contained in an area between two darker pieces of wood.
This hospital recognizes all outstanding employees on a monthly basis with their employee recognition wall displays. The current months employee is featured on the right with the last 12 winners displayed on the left. Top level physicians are recognized on a separate panel each month.
Each project starts with a Concept Design Drawing of the donor walls and plaques at no cost. Along with design drawings, we’ll include material samples, provide costs and include a definitive plan for updating and adding new names. We will also provide a detailed schedule and a step-by-step process. All of our donor recognition programs are highly customized, designed to fit your specific requirements and tailored to work within your environment.
