Easy Frame Donor Wall

These donor recognition boards are the ideal economical solution to keeping your donors updated annually. Our Easy Frame Wall System is a simple-to-use and affordable solution for all nonprofits. Donor names are printed on large-format paper and covered with a plastic laminate. The laminated inserts are placed in an aluminum frame. All four frame edges snap open to allow easy insertion and snap shut to hold inserts in place. The insert is covered by a sheet of non-glare acrylic.

We’ll design the first set of inserts to match your organization’s brand image. Inserts can be any color and can include photos, logos and illustrations along with the donor names. Our designers will create a high-quality, professional design for your approval.

Easy To Update:

Simply provide us with new information and content and we’ll create an updated design layout. We keep your original layouts on file for reference. For more information, see our Easy-Update Order Replacements.

Wish to make changes yourself? We provide you with your layout template in Adobe Illustrator format so that you can make the changes and print it in-house or through a print shop such as FedEx. This option is complementary for our clients.

While simple, the installation for this donor wall panel requires two people. You’ll receive instructions, a drilling template, and a tube of silicone.

This donor wall is stud-mounted to the wall. To install, place template on desired wall and ensure it is level. Drill holes according to template and instructions. Apply silicone in the respective holes and place your donor wall flush to the wall, aligning studs to holes.

This wall has four standard size options:

Tall – Back panel 22” x 40”
– Snap frame 17.5” x 40”
– Can hold up to 140 names

Wide – Back panel 31” x 42”
– Snap frame 24” x 36”
– Can hold up to 280 names

Back Panel Options:
3/4″D Maple Veneer (Stains: Mahogany, Cherry, Classic Gray, Natural Maple or custom stains available).
1/4″D Acrylic (Frosted, Clear, or Color Acrylic).

Snap Frame: Andoized silver, 1” wide profile. Mounts to chosen back panel.

Insert: 110 lb Cardstock Index Paper with UV printed graphics and copy.

1. Fill out the form on the bottom of the page to receive a free design layout. Include as much information as possible for the most accurate design. Attachments can be included.

2. Our designers will take 3-5 days to customize your plaque with your fonts, logos and more.

3. Request a revision or approve the design to start production. An invoice with payment options will be sent prior to fabrication.

4. We use UPS Ground shipping. Shipments typically reach your location in 2-4 days.
