1. How do I get started?

2. How much will it cost?
Establish a budget and we'll stay within it. Our experience tells us that starting with a target budget is a critical success factor for an effective donor recognition program. You give us a price and we will work with you to get a donor wall that fits all of your organizations needs and taste. If we know the target, we can design a successful program, while staying as far under the budget as possible. We can design acustom donor wall that costs $10,000, $50,000 or $100,000. Or choose from our already designed Donor Wall Systems to stay within smaller budgets.
3. How do I determine a budget?
We can help you determine an appropriate budget based on your type of organization, the financial goals of the campaign and the anticipated number of prospective donors. For a small campaign you can spend as much as 5% of the campaign total. For a large campaign, you can go as low as .001% of the campaign total.
Example: $100,000 campaign at 5%= $5,000.
$100 million campaign at .001% = $100,000
4. What budget is appropriate for custom design work?
A budget of $10,000 or above is a good starting point for custom donor walls and plaques. However, even with a smaller budget we can make our standard walls and plaques unique to your campaign.
5. What will the recognition look like?
We provide an initial set of design drawings showing how we can meet your goals. We'll work with you to create a concept that expresses your organizations brand vision, budget and functional criteria.
6. How long does it take for an order to be completed?
Every donor recognition project has an unalterable deadline. There is often a dedication event, or perhaps a major donor is coming for a visit. We are very diligent about keeping the project on schedule. This includes being proactive about making sure our busy clients are reviewing design concepts on time and are on track with developing the list of names.
7. How easy is it to update?
Everything we do is designed to be affordable, manageable and easy to update.
A critical key to success is fully understanding the costs and process for adding new names to a recognition program. The challenges involved with managing hundreds or thousands of names can be daunting if an efficient process is not designed into the system at the start. The cost for updating names should be in balance with the gifts. It may be reasonable to spend $1,000 or more to recognize a gift of $10 million, but it would be too much for a $10,000 gift. Adding a $30 insert to a donor wall does not make sense when recognizing a $100 gift.
